Hannah Montana

I made this cake for the little girl next door. She wanted a Hannah Montana cake but she didn't like any of the ones she saw in the stores. So I offered to make her a guitar cake. Don't point out my mistakes I already see them. I hope I get another chance to make this cake cause I can always do better the second time. I put together the square cake with the pieces of cake left from cutting out the guitar. I am lucky I still have friends at my old job because I don't own an airbrush and I couldn't have done this without one. Thanks Marcene.

Gifts Cake

Gift Cake

Under The Sea

This can also be made for a fish cake or any other under the sea type theme.

Please excuse the terrible photo.

My Little Pony

Floral round cake

This is an 8" cake single layer cake. I used to make these for the baby's 1st birthday, you know the one you let the baby eat all by themselves. I now make them with a 6" cake instead, I think it is cuter and a little more manageable size for the little one.

Tombstone Cake

I made this cake for a 50th birthday. I have also made it for a 40th and even a 30th birthday.

Candy Land

This cake was my sons idea. He originally wanted a Lightening Mcqueen cake for his fifth birthday. But as I was browsing for cakes one day I passed by a Candy Land cake and my son decided that was the one he wanted. Not because he loves the game, but.... well what kid wouldn't want a cake covered with candy?

Thomas the Tank Engine

Thomas was one of the most time consuming cakes I have done. Trying to get the right shape and all the details was a challenge. I am not experienced in using fondant and gum paste yet which would have given it the smooth look and a more cartoon like face. Concidering this was decorated entirely out of buttercream icing, I think it turned out pretty good.

Doll Cake

This cake was for my daughters 5th birthday, and of course was a big hit.
This cake fits a full size Barbie doll for the birthday girl to keep. I have made this cake many times before with many different colors and styles for the dress.
The Mini dolls were made as favors for the party guests to take home.
The mini doll cakes have a doll pick which does not have legs. I am in the process of trying a "Barbie Kelly" doll to see if it fits.

Princess Castle

This darling cake was for my 3 year old neice. She loved it. It comes with all six princess figurines for the little girl to keep. I can also put the castle cake on top of a sheet cake decorated with a mote and flower gardens. Very cute!
